The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt, eliminating tilt torque and the need for a stepped headstock bore while protecting the wood and mounting components.
Permanently lubricated with specialized Schaller grease, these closed tuning machines are entirely maintenance-free. Designed with dual rear indexing pins spaced at 0.39 in (10 mm) center-to-center and an 0.31 in (8 mm) pin-to-post offset, they provide secure mounting and direct drop-in functionality for compatible headstocks.
