The PAF'Tron Neck delivers the iconic PAF formula engineered into a classic Filter'Tron housing. Designed with a soft magnetic field, sweet tone, and balanced warmth and clarity, it allows guitar strings to vibrate freely for extended sustain and articulate attack.
Each coil is wound individually using computer-controlled machinery to ensure precise layering of custom-coated 42-gauge wire, achieving an exact and consistent frequency response. The fully assembled pickup is wax-potted to eliminate microphonics and squeal at higher volume levels.
Optimized for the neck position, this pickup includes optional hardware for standard humbucker mounting applications alongside standard Filter'Tron installations. It features 4-conductor wiring and quick-connect capability for straightforward installation and versatile switching options.
