CNC-machined components with a self-locking drive ensure velvet-smooth operation, while premium brass string posts fitted precisely into the housing offer wear-free tuning stability.
Equipped with an innovative step washer with a 0.39 in (10 mm) base diameter, this design reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt and eliminates tilting torque without requiring stepped headstock boreholes. Closed housings come permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free functionality.
Featuring identical mounting dimensions to its legacy predecessor, the M6 135 serves as a seamless direct-replacement tuner without requiring instrument modifications. The package includes 6 threaded bushings, 6 step washers, and 6 mounting screws (M2.2 x 9.5 mm / 0.09 in x 0.37 in).
