Every component is precision CNC-machined and surface-finished, featuring high-grade brass string posts engineered for maximum wear resistance and tuning stability. The self-locking internal drive mechanism is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, providing completely maintenance-free operation over long-term use.
An innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with a 0.39 in (10 mm) base reliably centers the string post through the banjo bolt, eliminating the need for a stepped hole in the headstock. This structural design effectively removes tilting torque and relieves mechanical pressure from both the post and the rear mounting screw.
