Every component is CNC-machined and surface-finished, featuring high-grade brass posts fitted into the housing for maximum wear resistance and tuning stability. Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, these sealed tuners are completely maintenance-free.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with a 0.39-inch diameter base, it reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt without requiring stepped peghead drilling. This design eliminates tilting torque and reduces mechanical strain on both the post and mounting screws.
