Schaller M6 180 Guitar Tuning Machine

The Schaller M6 180 guitar tuning machine delivers outstanding precision and tuning comfort with an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio. Originally setting the global benchmark for enclosed tuners in 1966, this modern iteration combines iconic heritage with refined engineering.
Each component is CNC-machined and surface-finished to exacting tolerances. High-grade brass posts ensure maximum tuning stability and wear resistance, while a self-locking drive and Schaller special grease lubrication provide smooth, maintenance-free performance.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, this tuning machine reliably centers the string post through the banjo bolt without requiring stepped headstock boreholes. This design eliminates tilting torque and protects both the string post and mounting screw for exceptional durability.
