Every component is CNC-machined from premium materials, with string posts crafted from high-grade brass to ensure durable, wear-free performance. The self-locking drive and permanently lubricated sealed housing with Schaller special grease guarantee reliable, maintenance-free operation over years of use.
Installation is optimized via the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, which centers the post via the banjonut and removes lateral tilt without requiring stepped headstock boreholes. The M6 180 directly replaces previous iterations without headstock modification.
