Crafted with premium brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, these tuners ensure maximum tuning stability and wear resistance. Every closed tuning machine is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, making the internal mechanics completely maintenance-free.
Installation is simplified by the stepped M6 collar washer with a 0.39 in (10 mm) base diameter, which reliably centers the string post without requiring stepped headstock drilling. This innovative design eliminates tilting moments and relieves mechanical pressure from both the post and rear mounting screw.
