The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine represents high-precision instrument hardware, engineered with a 1:18 gear ratio for smooth, accurate, and stable tuning performance. All components are CNC-machined and finished to deliver velvet-smooth operation with self-locking functionality.
Equipped with high-grade brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, this tuning machine guarantees maximum tuning stability and wear resistance. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post through the banjo bolt, eliminating tilting moment and doing away with the need for a stepped peghead hole.
Featuring permanently lubricated internal gearing with Schaller special grease, the enclosed housing offers completely maintenance-free operation. Identical mounting dimensions to predecessor models ensure direct, modification-free drop-in replacement on compatible guitar headstocks.
