Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine represents high-precision engineering with an advanced 1:18 gear ratio, delivering velvet-smooth operation and unmatched tuning stability. Designed as a direct drop-in replacement sharing identical footprint dimensions with its legendary predecessor, it allows seamless upgrades without instrument modification.
Every component is precision CNC-machined and surface-finished, featuring high-grade brass string posts engineered for wear-free performance. A self-locking drive and lifetime lubrication with specialized grease ensure entirely maintenance-free reliability over years of playing.
Installation is optimized by the innovative stepped flanged washer, which centers the post via the banjonut and eliminates headstock tilt torque. This smart architecture protects both string posts and rear mounting screws from unnecessary lateral pressure.
