Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine delivers outstanding precision and velvet-smooth tuning comfort thanks to its refined 1:18 gear ratio. As an evolution of the iconic original introduced in 1966, this closed tuning machine combines state-of-the-art CNC engineering with exceptional durability and tuning stability.
Crafted with precision-machined brass string posts seated securely in the housing, all internal components are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation. The self-locking drive and premium surface finishing ensure delicate, reliable, and wear-free adjustments.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with a 0.39-inch diameter base, this machine centers the string post securely through the banjo bolt without requiring stepped headstock drilling. This design eliminates tilting torque and protects both the string post and rear fixing screw from mechanical strain.
