The Schaller M6 Pin guitar tuning machine features a refined 1:18 gear ratio engineered for velvet-smooth tuning action and exceptional pitch accuracy. All enclosed internal components are CNC-machined to precise tolerances, permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, and completely maintenance-free.
Solid brass posts are fitted into the housing to maximize tuning stability and provide wear-free performance over time. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt, eliminating tipping torque and removing unnecessary strain from both the post and rear mounting area without requiring a stepped peghead bore.
Featuring a dual-pin configuration with a 0.39-inch pin spacing, these tuning machines provide a rock-solid mechanical mount. The self-locking drive ensures consistent, delicate, and stable tuning across a wide range of playing conditions.
