Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, this tuner allows effortless installation and maintains solid, centered alignment of the string post without requiring a stepped headstock bore. The design reduces tilting torque and relieves mechanical stress on both the post and mounting hardware.
Permanently lubricated with specialized Schaller grease for maintenance-free reliability, each sealed tuner incorporates a dual-pin positioning layout with a 0.39 in (10 mm) pin spacing and a 0.31 in (8 mm) spacing from the pins to the post center.
