Manufactured with CNC-machined components and premium brass posts, this enclosed tuner ensures wear-free longevity and reliable self-locking performance.
An innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post perfectly through the banjo bolt without requiring a stepped peghead bore. This design effectively eliminates tilting torque and relieves mechanical stress from both the post and the rear mounting screws.
Each unit is permanently lubricated with proprietary Schaller grease for maintenance-free operation. The dual-pin mounting layout features standard 0.39 in center-to-center pin spacing with a 0.31 in distance from the pins to the post center.
