The Schaller Deluxe Kluson-Style tuning machine combines authentic vintage aesthetics with modern German engineering, making it ideal for both classic and contemporary instruments. Designed with precise vintage dimensions, it serves as a direct replacement featuring a classic two-screw mount with a counter-bearing banjo bolt configuration.

Equipped with an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio, this tuning machine delivers smooth, delicate, and ultra-precise tuning response. Each component is manufactured to strict tolerances and surface-finished, featuring high-grade brass string posts and polished stainless steel worm gears for wear-free durability and maximum tuning stability.

Permanently lubricated with specialized Schaller grease, the internal mechanism is completely maintenance-free. The self-locking drive design guarantees uniform operation, preventing string slippage and providing reliable performance on stage and in the studio.
