Equipped with an innovative stepped flanged washer with a 0.39-inch diameter base, this tuning machine simplifies installation by reliably centering the string post via the banjo bolt and eliminating the need for a stepped headstock hole. This design absorbs rotational torque and reduces pressure on both the string post and rear mounting screw.
Featuring the exact same installation dimensions as its legacy predecessor for direct drop-in replacement, each sealed unit is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for entirely maintenance-free operation across solid and slotted headstock configurations.
