The Schaller M6 135 guitar tuning machine delivers outstanding precision and tuning comfort with an advanced 1:18 gear ratio. All components are CNC-machined and surface-treated, utilizing a self-locking drive mechanism to ensure smooth, sensitive, and reliable tuning stability.
Equipped with high-grade brass string posts engineered for wear-free performance, each tuner incorporates a stepped flanged washer with a 10 mm diameter. This design reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt, eliminating tilting moment and relieving stress on mounting screws without requiring step drilling.
Featuring identical installation dimensions to its predecessor, the M6 135 allows direct replacement and upgrades on existing instruments. Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, these sealed tuners provide entirely maintenance-free operation.
