The Schaller M6 180 represents state-of-the-art enclosed tuning machine design, featuring an optimized 1:18 gear ratio for exceptionally precise and smooth tuning performance. Precision CNC-machined components with high-grade brass string posts guarantee wear-free operation, self-locking drive reliability, and maximum tuning stability.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, this tuner allows straightforward mounting without the need for a stepped peghead bore. The specialized washer design reliably centers the string post via the threaded bushing, effectively eliminating tilting torque and reducing pressure on both the post and rear mounting screw.
Each closed tuner is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free longevity. Designed to fit solid or slotted headstocks, it offers seamless replacement capabilities while maintaining standard-setting acoustic and electric guitar performance.
