Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine

The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine represents the pinnacle of enclosed tuning performance, building upon legendary engineering with modern innovations. Featuring an enhanced 1:18 gear ratio, it delivers velvety-smooth action, pinpoint tuning accuracy, and long-lasting pitch stability.
Precision CNC-machined components and wear-free brass string posts ensure reliable mechanical performance and durability. Every enclosed unit is permanently lubricated with proprietary Schaller special grease, rendering it completely maintenance-free for the lifetime of the instrument.
The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post precisely through the banjo bolt without requiring a stepped peghead bore, eliminating tilting forces and minimizing mechanical stress. Retaining identical mounting dimensions to its classic predecessor, it allows effortless drop-in upgrades without headstock modification.
