The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine delivers outstanding precision and tuning comfort with an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio. All components are precision CNC-machined and surface-treated, featuring a self-locking drive mechanism for smooth, delicate, and stable tuning performance.
Crafted with premium brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, these tuners guarantee maximum tuning stability and wear resistance. Every closed tuning machine is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, making it entirely maintenance-free over its operating life.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with a 0.39 in (10 mm) base diameter, the string post is centered securely via the banjo bolt without requiring stepped peghead drilling. This eliminates tilting moments and relieves mechanical pressure from both the post and rear mounting screw.
