Each component is CNC-machined to exact tolerances and finished to ensure velvet-smooth operation with a self-locking drive mechanism.
Crafted with premium brass string posts fitted directly into the housing, these tuners provide lasting wear resistance and pitch stability. The stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt, preventing tilting torque, relieving pressure from the rear mounting screw, and eliminating the need for stepped headstock drilling.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for maintenance-free longevity, the M6 90 features identical installation dimensions to its predecessor for direct, drop-in replacement on standard headstocks.
