Schaller M6 Mini Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 Mini delivers legendary precision and tuning comfort in a compact and lightweight format. Featuring an advanced 1:18 gear ratio, it provides smooth, sensitive, and exceptionally stable tuning performance for instruments with smaller headstocks, 12-string guitars, and standard solid-body electric models.
Each closed machine head is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, rendering it entirely maintenance-free over its operating life. High-precision brass string posts are fitted snugly into the housing to maximize tuning stability and eliminate wear, while the self-locking drive ensures continuous gear engagement without slippage.
Equipped with Schaller's innovative stepped flanged washer, this tuning machine centers the string post securely through the banjo bolt and eliminates the need for stepped drilling in the headstock. This structural design removes tilting moment and relieves mechanical stress from both the post and rear mounting screws.
