Crafted with premium brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, this machine head provides maximum tuning stability and wear-free operation. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with a 0.39-inch diameter base centers the string post securely via the hollow screw, preventing tilt without requiring step-drilled headstock holes.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, the sealed housing remains entirely maintenance-free over its lifespan. The two-pin mounting design maintains identical housing dimensions to single-pin predecessors with a standard 0.39-inch center-to-center pin spacing.
