Schaller GrandTune Guitar Tuning Machine

The Schaller GrandTune combines refined vintage styling with ultra-precise tuning behavior and velvet-smooth operation. Designed as a perfected open-gear tuning machine, it features an open gear and worm architecture engineered for superior acoustic resonance and lasting tuning stability.
A precise 1:18 gear ratio delivers fine-tuned control and enduring accuracy. By completely eliminating synthetic polymer coatings, the GrandTune creates optimal stick-slip action and resonates naturally with the instrument wood without premature wear or degradation.
Built with permanently locked and sealed screw joints, this tuner ensures zero-maintenance performance over years of play. Standardized dimensions allow seamless installation or retrofitting on standard guitar headstocks, with countersunk mounting holes providing optimal physical coupling and tone transfer.
