Each component is CNC-machined to exact tolerances and surface-finished, featuring a self-locking drive that provides consistent, delicate, and stable tuning performance.
Crafted with premium brass string posts fitted directly into the housing, these machine heads ensure optimal tuning stability and wear-free operation. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely via the banjo bolt, eliminating tilting moment and doing away with the need for a stepped headstock bore.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for maintenance-free reliability, the M6 180 can directly replace original predecessor models without instrument modifications.
