Schaller M6 180 Guitar Tuning Machine

The Schaller M6 180 guitar tuning machine delivers outstanding precision and tuning comfort with an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio. Continuing the legacy of the original 1966 closed-housing design, this modern iteration combines proven reliability with refined engineering.
All components are CNC-machined to precise tolerances and surface-finished for a smooth, sensitive feel. High-grade brass string posts and a self-locking gear mechanism ensure exceptional tuning stability, while the permanent lubrication with Schaller special grease provides completely maintenance-free operation.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, the tuning machine centers the string post securely without requiring stepped headstock drilling. This design eliminates tilting torque and reduces strain on both the post and mounting screws, guaranteeing long-lasting performance.
