Crafted with premium brass string posts precisely fitted into sealed housings, these tuners provide maximum wear resistance and tuning retention. Each sealed unit comes permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, making the entire assembly completely maintenance-free.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, the system centers the string post securely through the banjo bolt without requiring stepped peghead bore holes. This design eliminates tilting torque and protects both the string post and rear mounting screws from unwanted pressure.
