Crafted with premium brass string posts precision-fitted into the housing, these tuners provide maximum tuning stability and wear-free performance. Closed housings come permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for entirely maintenance-free operation over their full lifespan.
The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post through the banjonut with a 0.39 in (10 mm) base diameter, removing the need for a stepped headstock bore. This design eliminates tilting torque while relieving mechanical strain from both the string post and rear mounting screw.
