Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine represents precision engineering with a refined 1:18 gear ratio, delivering ultra-smooth, accurate, and stable tuning performance. Built to the exact mounting dimensions of its predecessor, this closed tuning machine allows for straightforward replacement without modifications to your guitar's headstock.
Every component is CNC-machined to precise tolerances and surface-treated for maximum durability, paired with a self-locking drive mechanism that guarantees consistent pitch stability. The high-grade brass string posts are precision-fitted into the housing, while lifetime lubrication with Schaller special grease ensures completely maintenance-free operation.
The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely via the hollow screw, removing lateral tilt and eliminating the need for a stepped headstock bore. This design protects the mechanism from mechanical stress, distributing string tension evenly and preserving the life of both the post and rear mounting screws.
