Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine

The Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine delivers precise, velvet-smooth tuning performance with an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio. Designed to preserve the legendary heritage of the original 1966 closed-housing benchmark, this modernized version offers exceptional tuning stability and longevity for discerning musicians.
Every component is CNC-machined to exact tolerances, featuring precision-fitted brass string posts and a self-locking drive mechanism. The enclosed housing comes permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, rendering the internal mechanism completely maintenance-free and impervious to wear.
Installation is streamlined through an innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with a 0.39-inch diameter, centering the post securely via the hollow screw and eliminating the need for stepped headstock drilling. This smart design prevents tilting stress, relieving direct mechanical pressure from both the post and rear mounting screws.
