The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine delivers outstanding precision and tuning comfort with its improved 1:18 gear ratio. An evolution of the legendary original sealed tuner first introduced in 1966, this model features high-precision CNC-machined components with a self-locking drive for smooth, reliable, and wear-free tuning stability.
Equipped with high-grade brass string posts meticulously fitted into the housing, these tuners are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free performance. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer ensures straightforward installation and permanently solid string post centering.
Featuring identical installation dimensions to its predecessor, the M6 90 serves as a direct drop-in replacement without requiring headstock modifications. The 0.39 in (10 mm) stepped collar eliminates tilt torque and relieves mechanical stress from both the post and rear mounting screw.
