Each sealed tuner is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation. High-grade brass string posts and self-locking drive mechanisms ensure delicate, uniform movement without wear or backlash over years of play.
The innovative stepped flanged bushing centers the string post securely through the threaded bushing without requiring stepped peghead holes. This design eliminates tilting torque and protects both the post and mounting hardware from excessive string tension.
