Equipped with high-grade brass string posts engineered for wear-free durability, each tuner is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease to remain completely maintenance-free. The self-locking internal drive mechanism ensures velvety, highly sensitive tuning and reliable tuning stability under demanding playing conditions.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, the tuning machine centers seamlessly via the banjo bolt with a 0.39-inch diameter base, eliminating headstock step drilling and reducing lateral tilt pressure. The dual-pin base design fits headstocks with a 0.39-inch pin-to-pin spacing and an 0.31-inch post-to-pin distance.
