Schaller M6 Pin Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 Pin guitar tuning machine sets a high standard for closed tuning machines, combining timeless design with modern engineering. Featuring a refined 1:18 gear ratio, it delivers precise, velvet-smooth tuning and exceptional pitch stability. Every component is CNC-machined to exacting tolerances, complete with a self-locking drive and permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for entirely maintenance-free performance.
Equipped with high-grade brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, this tuning machine provides maximum wear resistance and reliable tuning integrity. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer (0.39 in diameter) ensures effortless installation by solidly centering the string post via the banjo bolt, eliminating the need for a stepped peghead bore while removing lateral tilt and mechanical stress from both post and rear mounting screws.
Designed with a 2-pin fixing layout spaced 0.39 in center-to-center and an 0.31 in spacing from the pins to the post center, the housing matches the dimensions of legacy single-pin M6 models for easy retrofitting. Available in locking and standard configurations across multiple finishes and button options, it offers professional-grade precision and road-tested reliability for demanding musicians.
