Schaller M6 Pin Guitar Tuning Machine

The Schaller M6 Pin Guitar Tuning Machine delivers exceptional tuning precision and stability with its refined 1:18 gear ratio. Engineered with high-precision CNC-machined components and surface finishes, it features a self-locking drive mechanism that guarantees smooth, sensitive, and reliable operation. High-grade brass string posts are meticulously fitted into the housing to ensure maximum durability and wear resistance.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, this tuning machine simplifies installation while providing lasting axis centering without requiring stepped headstock drilling. This design effectively eliminates tilting torque and relieves mechanical stress from both the string post and rear mounting screws. Each closed unit is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for maintenance-free performance.
Designed with a dual-pin configuration featuring a 0.39 in. center-to-center pin spacing and a 0.31 in. distance from the pins to the post center, the M6 Pin offers direct compatibility with matching Schaller footprints. The set includes premium mounting hardware, featuring six threaded bushings, six flanged washers, and six mounting screws to complete your setup.
