Built on the legacy of the original 1966 design, this closed tuner features CNC-machined components with premium brass posts fitted directly into the housing to eliminate wear and backlash.
An innovative stepped flanged washer ensures straightforward installation and accurate axis centering via the threaded bushing, removing the need for a stepped hole in the headstock. This design eliminates tilting torque and relieves mechanical stress from both the string post and rear mounting screw.
Equipped with permanent internal lubrication using specialized grease, each sealed unit remains completely maintenance-free throughout its service life.
