All components are precision CNC-machined and surface-finished, featuring high-grade brass string posts meticulously fitted into the housing for maximum tuning stability and wear resistance.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, this tuning machine ensures direct center alignment of the string post via the banjo bolt. This eliminates the need for stepped peghead holes while preventing tilt torque and reducing mechanical stress on both the post and the rear mounting screw.
Equipped with a self-locking drive and permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, these sealed tuners are completely maintenance-free. They share the exact mounting dimensions of previous M6 models, allowing for direct drop-in replacement without instrument modifications.
