The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine represents high precision and tuning comfort with its refined 1:18 gear ratio. All components are CNC-machined to exact tolerances and surface-finished, featuring a self-locking drive mechanism that guarantees smooth, sensitive, and stable tuning.
Crafted with premium brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, these tuners deliver exceptional tuning stability and long-term wear resistance. The stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt, eliminating tilt and removing mechanical pressure from both the post and rear fixing screws.
Each closed tuner is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation. Designed to match the installation dimensions of its predecessor, the M6 90 allows for straightforward replacement without modifications to the headstock.
