Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine

The Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine delivers exceptional tuning precision and stability with an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio. All components are high-precision CNC-machined and surface-treated to guarantee smooth, velvet-like tuning and long-term reliability through a self-locking drive mechanism.
Crafted with premium brass string posts that fit snugly into the housing, this tuning machine provides maximum wear resistance and pitch stability. The enclosed housing comes permanently lubricated with proprietary Schaller grease, making it completely maintenance-free over its lifespan.
The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely through the banjonut, eliminating tilting moment and removing stress from both the post and rear mounting screw. Sharing identical mounting dimensions with its predecessor, it offers a direct drop-in replacement without modification.
