The Schaller M6 90 represents precision engineering with an improved 1:18 gear ratio, delivering ultra-precise, smooth tuning comfort and exceptional stability. All components are CNC-machined to exact tolerances and surface-finished, featuring a self-locking drive mechanism that guarantees uniform, delicate, and dependable tuning performance.
Crafted with premium brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, these tuning machines provide maximum tuning stability and wear resistance. Closed housings are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation over their entire lifespan.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, this system reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt without requiring a stepped peghead bore. This design eliminates tilting moments and relieves mechanical pressure from both the post and the rear mounting screw, maintaining identical mounting dimensions to predecessor models for effortless drop-in replacement.
