Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine represents the benchmark for closed guitar tuners, featuring an advanced 1:18 gear ratio for exceptionally precise and smooth tuning. Building upon the legendary design established in 1966, this updated edition incorporates modern CNC manufacturing for refined performance and enhanced stability.
Crafted with premium components, each tuner utilizes high-grade brass posts engineered to fit precisely into the housing to prevent wear and ensure maximum tuning retention. All closed mechanisms are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, rendering them completely maintenance-free over their lifespan.
Installation is streamlined via the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, which reliably centers the string post without requiring a stepped headstock hole. This design eliminates tilting moment and relieves stress on both the string axis and the rear mounting screw, maintaining identical installation dimensions to previous models for direct replacement.
