Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine

The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine represents high precision and tuning comfort with its refined 1:18 gear ratio. All components are CNC-machined to exact tolerances, surface-finished, and permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for maintenance-free operation.
Equipped with high-grade brass string posts engineered precisely into the housing, this tuning machine delivers outstanding tuning stability and wear resistance. The self-locking drive mechanism provides smooth, delicate, and reliable adjustments during every tuning session.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with a 0.39 in diameter, the unit centers the string post securely through the banjonut and removes the need for a stepped peghead hole. This direct-replacement design matches original M6 90 dimensions for hassle-free installation without headstock modifications.
