Schaller M6 Pin Guitar Tuning Machine

The Schaller M6 Pin guitar tuning machine sets the standard for closed tuning mechanisms, combining high-grade German engineering with exceptional tuning precision. Featuring an advanced 1:18 gear ratio, it provides velvety smooth operation, remarkable fine-tuning accuracy, and lasting stability.
Precision CNC-machined brass string posts and components are perfectly seated within the housing to ensure frictionless rotation and permanent wear resistance. Sealed with Schaller specialized grease, the internal drive is completely self-locking and maintenance-free throughout its lifespan.
Equipped with an innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, this system centers the string post securely over the threaded bushing without requiring stepped headstock drilling. This smart design distributes torque evenly and eliminates tilting pressure on both the post and mounting hardware.
