Crafted with premium high-grade brass posts precisely fitted into the housing, this tuning machine provides maximum tuning stability and wear-free performance. Closed enclosures are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with a 0.4 in (10 mm) diameter, installation is simplified by reliably centering the string post without requiring a stepped peghead bore. This design eliminates tilting torque and relieves mechanical stress on both the post and rear mounting screw.
