Schaller M6 180 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 180 guitar tuning machine delivers outstanding precision and tuning comfort with an advanced 1:18 gear ratio. All components are CNC-machined and surface-treated, featuring a self-locking drive mechanism that guarantees smooth, sensitive, and reliable tuning stability.
Crafted with premium brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, this tuning machine provides maximum wear resistance. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer ensures effortless installation and solid post centering without requiring stepped headstock peg holes.
Permanently lubricated with specialized grease, each enclosed unit is entirely maintenance-free. Designed to drop in as a direct replacement for standard installations, it eliminates tilt and distributes mechanical tension evenly across the headstock.
