Schaller M6 180 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 180 tuning machine delivers exceptional tuning precision and stability with its refined 1:18 gear ratio. All components are CNC-machined to exact tolerances and surface-finished, featuring a self-locking drive mechanism that ensures smooth, velvet-like action and precise adjustments.
Constructed with durable brass string posts fitted precisely into the housing, these tuners provide maximum wear resistance and long-lasting stability. The sealed housing comes permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation over its lifespan.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with a 0.39-inch diameter base, the string post centers securely without requiring stepped drilling in the headstock. This smart design eliminates tilting torque and effectively reduces mechanical stress on both the string post and rear mounting screws.
