Schaller M6 180 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 180 tuning machine delivers exceptional tuning accuracy and smooth operation with an advanced 1:18 gear ratio. Designed with high-precision CNC-machined components and surface finishes, it ensures velvety, stable, and wear-free tuning performance.
Crafted with premium brass posts fitted precisely into the housing, this enclosed machine head features Schaller permanent special grease lubrication for entirely maintenance-free longevity. Its self-locking drive maintains flawless pitch stability across demanding playing conditions.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, it centers the string post reliably through the hollow screw without requiring stepped peghead drilling. This design eliminates tilting torque and relieves mechanical stress from both the post and the rear mounting screw.
