Schaller M6 180 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 180 guitar tuning machine delivers outstanding precision and tuning comfort with an advanced 1:18 gear ratio. All components are CNC-machined to exact tolerances, surface-finished, and equipped with a self-locking drive for smooth, consistent, and exceptionally stable tuning performance.
Crafted with premium brass string posts fitted directly into the housing, this tuning machine provides maximum wear resistance and tuning stability. The closed design features permanent lubrication with Schaller special grease, rendering the unit completely maintenance-free over its lifespan.
The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely through the hollow screw, eliminating tipping torque and relieving pressure from the post and mounting screw without requiring stepped peghead drilling.
