Schaller M6 180 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 180 tuning machine delivers exceptional tuning accuracy and smooth operation with an advanced 1:18 gear ratio. Designed as an evolution of the classic closed-back tuner standard established in 1966, it incorporates state-of-the-art engineering improvements while maintaining iconic aesthetics.
Precision CNC-machined components and high-grade brass string posts provide wear-free longevity and robust tuning stability. Each enclosed tuner is permanently lubricated with specialized grease, guaranteeing a lifetime of maintenance-free performance.
An innovative stepped flanged washer ensures precise string post centering without requiring stepped peghead drilling. This design eliminates tilting torque and reduces strain on both the string post and rear mounting screws for seamless installation.
