Every component is CNC-machined to exact tolerances and surface-treated for maximum durability, while the self-locking drive ensures smooth, sensitive, and stable operation. High-grade brass string posts are fitted precisely into the housing to guarantee complete tuning stability and wear resistance.
The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely through the hollow screw, eliminating tilting torque without requiring a stepped peghead bore. Sealed permanently with specialized Schaller grease, these tuners operate completely maintenance-free.
